I am the deputy manager at harmony homecare Suffolk my role is to ensure quality and compliance is maintained and to ensure good service delivery.

I have only worked in my position within the company for 4 months but what a great 4 months it has been so far.

My director Mircea offered me a great salary with monthly bonus based on performance and other incentives. He provides support to myself and everyone in the team and ensures our points are heard.

Chantel the registered manager has opened up so much career growth to myself and is appointing me as her head safeguarding lead with more potential for growth in the future.

I would like to thank all the team at Harmony for taking such great care of my Mum.

Although we only had the pleasure of your team 4 times a day during March 2021, I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH from the bottom of my broken heart for what you did for Mum.

In such a short time, it felt like you had known us months. You all cared, you all smiled, you all laughed with Mum and I will never forget your kindness and care along the way.

Losing Mum has left the biggest hole in my heart, but each day when I wasn’t with her I knew she was in such safe hands of Harmony.

I highly recommend you to everyone, you should all be proud of yourselves for going above and beyond and I wish you all every success for the future...... THANK YOU SO MUCH XXX
