What we do
Help with washing, dressing and everyday routines, done with dignity and a bit of chat.
A friendly visit, a walk, a cup of tea made just how you like it. Company that beats loneliness.
Patient, specialist care that keeps anxiety down and people safe in surroundings they know.
Short-term cover so family carers can rest, work, or simply take a break.
Home-cooked meals, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, so the house keeps ticking over.
Prompting and administration from trained carers, with clear records kept every step of the way.

Dementia support · Bury St Edmunds
After a difficult stay in hospital, Margaret's family were told a care home was the only option. We built a small team of three carers around her routine and kept in touch with her GP. Eighteen months on, she's still safely at home.
Outcome
3 daily visits · same 3 carers · 0 falls in 12 months
End of life · Stowmarket
Frank wanted to be at home with his wife. We worked alongside the district nurses, covered overnight sits and made sure his family had support too. He passed peacefully at home, surrounded by the people he loved.
Outcome
24/7 cover · family respite · end-of-life trained team
Hospital discharge · West Suffolk
West Suffolk Hospital referred Beryl on a Friday afternoon. We did the assessment that same day, sorted medication support, and had her home safely by Saturday evening.
Outcome
48-hour turnaround · liaison with ward · GP notified

Our commitments to you
We're a local team, not a national chain. Smaller rounds, familiar faces, and a manager you can actually get hold of.

Your registered manager
Every CQC-registered service has one named manager who answers for the quality and safety of the care. At Harmony that's Jade. She leads the care team, signs off care plans, and is the person families can get hold of when something matters.

Common questions
Usually within a few days. We aim to visit you at home within 48 hours of your call, and for hospital discharges we can often turn things around the same week.
No. There is no fixed term. If you want to stop, we ask for seven days' notice and there are no exit fees.
We build a small, consistent team around each client so faces stay familiar wherever possible. Holiday, sickness and emergencies are the exceptions, and we tell you in advance whenever we can.
Every carer has an enhanced DBS check, right-to-work checks and the Care Certificate, plus dementia and moving-and-handling training before their first visit.
You may be entitled to support from Suffolk County Council, NHS Continuing Healthcare or Attendance Allowance. Our funding page explains each route, and we can point you in the right direction on the phone.
We support adults 18+ across Suffolk, including Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Sudbury, Haverhill and the surrounding villages.
